Kim's 20 years plus of catering and event experience in New York began as a line cook on St. Mark's Place. Steadily, she graduated to a freelance chef and then executive chef for 2 of the City's most highly regarded caterers. It was there that her visual and culinary skills were honed and perfected, designing menus as diverse as Opening Night for The Winter Antique Show to PB&J and Gummy Bear treats for 1,000 children in the Central Park Zoo.
As executive chef for Taste Caterers, Kim created menus and event design for many of New York's top tier organizations:
The Whitney Museum, Esquire Magazine, Sports Illustrated, Bloomingdales, The Winter Antique Show, The Art Show, Delta
Air Line's Pop Up Store, The Central Park Conservancy, Vanity Fair Magazine, and The Gap Companies, to name a few. Kim is also at home in your home, cooking an elegant New Year's Eve Fete for 12 to Tuscan Porchetta Roast in the backyard.
