Bartender

Et al is looking for ambitious bartenders who are willing to hit the ground running, serving our signature cocktails, local beers, and specialty sourced wines. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service in a mature and family-oriented environment. We are known to locals for our welcoming atmosphere, quality beverages, and a clientele that appreciates getting to know our team by their first names.

Being part of the et al team means mixing and serving alcoholic beverages based on customer requests. Further requirements include verifying the identification and age of customers, preparing and serving alcoholic beverages, accepting payment from customers, cleaning glasses and bar. Warming food and creating small plates for customers. Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift practicing the “ring it then bring it” strategy at all times.

Being a part of the et al team means learning career escalating skills that can lead to growth within the company as well as be transferred to different areas in the Hospitality field.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, and mixed cocktails.
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Schedule Flexibility

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour plus tips
